Denekin Tariff and Booking Conditions

We require a deposit
of one third (33%) of the tariff in order to confirm your
booking.

15 pound surcharge
for each pet and gas between October and April inclusive.
Please pay on booking.

Linen and towels
are provided for 5 pounds per person. Please pay when you
are booking.

Balance to be paid
six weeks before commencement of your holiday.

For bookings less
than six weeks before commencement we will require immediate
payment in full.

Receipt of any deposits
will not constitute acceptance of any booking. Please contact
us to confirm availability before sending any money.

The price is inclusive
of all fees including electricity, but excluding gas. Firewood,
peat and coal for the wood-burning stove are not provided
but can be obtained locally.

of the cottage with ourselves, you can reserve the cottage instantly,
online, by clicking on the Paypal Button below and sending a deposit
of one third of the quoted price (for bookings of less than 6 weeks
in advance, we would require payment in full).
We will contact you within a few days with a formal
confirmation.
